Large-scale event transport is a complex logistical exercise. Done poorly, it creates delays, frustration, and a poor impression. Done well, it's invisible — guests simply arrive and depart smoothly, and the event runs exactly as planned. Legacy EPT exists to make transport invisible.
We provide end-to-end transport logistics for corporate conferences, gala dinners, awards evenings, product launches, board retreats, and incentive travel programmes. Our team works with your event organisers in advance to map every movement: arrival streams, hotel pickups, venue shuttles, breakout movements, and final departures.
Our operations centre manages all vehicles in real time on the day. Every driver is briefed on the full event schedule, has communication with our dispatch team, and understands exactly where they need to be and when. When delegates finish a dinner and walk to the exit, vehicles are already staged and waiting.
For conferences, we typically manage three distinct transport phases: the arrival phase (airport and hotel pickups over one to two days), the event phase (venue shuttles, breakout transfers, and inter-session movements), and the departure phase (airport runs coordinated against dozens of different flight times). We've managed transport for events of 10 delegates and events of 600.
Our fleet for events includes executive sedans for VIPs and speakers, prestige SUVs for smaller groups, minibuses for mid-size shuttles, and full coaches for volume movement. All vehicles are matched to the event's tone — we don't send a school coach to a black-tie gala.
We also provide an on-site transport liaison for large events — a dedicated Legacy EPT team member stationed at the venue to manage real-time adjustments, handle delegate queries, and coordinate with the event management team directly.
