We have resourced motorcade-scale movements from our own fleet. We have coordinated multi-city delegation programmes under a single contract — Auckland arrivals, Wellington parliamentary business, Christchurch programmes, and Queenstown bilateral meetings, all held to the same standard by the same operator. We have handled the advance coordination, the pre-cleared vehicle identification, the terminal meet-and-greet for principal arrivals, and the communication chain between EAs, protocol officers, security teams, and our operations centre.

Because we own 30+ vehicles and employ 45+ chauffeurs, we resource large movements from our own fleet. We are not a booking agency that takes the job and then shops it out to unknown regional operators, hoping they deliver to a standard they have no incentive to maintain. The vehicles in the motorcade are ours. The drivers at the wheels are employed by us, background-checked, and briefed on the engagement. The accountability is ours — across all 16 regions, under one contract, with one relationship manager and one consolidated invoice. For very large state visits that exceed our owned capacity, we coordinate with vetted partners under our management — but the core movement is ours, resourced from our fleet, held to our standard. That is the structural difference between an operator who owns the fleet and one who books it, and in delegation transport it is the difference between a movement that holds and one that might not.

The fleet itself is one of the most modern and advanced available in New Zealand private ground transport — late-model European vehicles, primarily Mercedes-Benz, maintained to current-generation specification and replaced on cycle. When a motorcade forms in Wellington, every vehicle in the sequence is a current-generation European car, immaculately presented, with an employed driver who understands their position in the movement. When a principal arrives at Auckland Airport, the vehicle that meets them inside the terminal is the standard they expect — because the fleet is the fleet, and the standard is the standard, regardless of the scale of the engagement.
